Plasmonic simulation



I’m trying to make a ssimulation of a metal defect(circle) over a waveguide. I’m interested in the study of a very wide range for different application (500-1700 nm).
I’m using a planar wave as input for the simulation of a simple cell and the time monitor for checcking the resonant response due to the defect. The spectrum of the time monitor is giving me a very different results changing the wavelength range of the source. How can I evaluate these results? I can send you the fsp file.

Changing the wavelength range can affect the simulation in many ways. You can find some information about that in this post from one of my colleagues.
