My trial license is failed

I applied a trial license and using the license code to activate it yesterday.
But, I can not open the tool now.
Can you help address the issue?

Can you please provide an error message while you are trying to open product if it is possible.
As per the records, your license shows it was activated successfully yesterday.

Hi Pjain,

I found I have an older license embedded in my computer

when I attend lumerical’s training course.

After I delete the older license code. I can activate the trial license.
