Minimum mesh cells per wavelength

Dear support,
How to calculate the minimum mesh cells per wavelength in mesh settings tab? As I understand from the document and knowledge base, I found that default is 10, if we reduce the value then the meshing becomes coarse whereas the increment causes the refinement. But how to determine the absolute value of it for a particular structure with respect to the wavelengths simulating according to the theory? If I am allowed to chose a random value, say 150, is it right or not?

Kindly, provide assistance and with supported documents.

It is usually useful to run mesh convergence tests. In other words, run the same simulation using different values for the mesh accuracy or any other mesh settings as in this page:
