License Deactivation failed

Hi,

I have been using lumerical with node locked license. But due to some problems with my laptop I need to temporary deactivate the license before my hard disk setup. So, I tried to deactivate the license but it shows me the ‘deactivation failed’ :

Now the status shows as Unknown, disabled. Is this OK, I mean can reinstall it to this laptop after setup or in a different computer?

Hi,

Please send us an email to install@lumerical.com, indicating that you are trying to transfer the license to a different computer. Please provide us with your account and license information including the license activation code
