Impact of surface textures on heat generation

I’m trying to understand the impact of surface textures on the heat generated on the surface of a solar cell and subsequently on the electrical performance of the solar cell. How or from where do we import the doping profile required?

Different types of doping objects are available to be superimposed on the structure in DEVICE. The import doping object allows the import of a user defined spatial doping profile. The importdataset command allows users to import doping data into a selected “doping object” using unstructured or rectangular dataset.
