How to see the material properties of an alloy in the material database

The default material database in DEVICE has quite a few alloys in it (e.g. SiGe, InGaAs, …). However, if the material properties window if does not actually show the values of the different parameters of these alloys. This is because these properties are calculated from the constituent semiconductors. If you would like to see the value of a certain parameter of the alloy material (e.g. effective mass, bandgap, …) as a function of alloy fraction then you can see that by using the “Visualize” button as shown below:
