Highlighting with another text editor

Hi,

I would like to use another text editor (like NotePad++, VIM or Sublime Text) to write my script. I would like to know if there is a way to get the same syntax highlight as in the built-in script file editor from Lumerical? Since the script language is not a usual one.

Hi Frederic,

I did some tests and Lumerical’s script doesn’t seem to be recognized then highlighted by the text editors by default. But you can definitely create a new language styler based on the Lumerical script editor. Please check out the following links:
