GaAs diode example: Error with field dependent mobility simulation

Hi,
I tried to run GaAs diode example from KB:
https://kb.lumerical.com/en/index.html?other_application_gaas_pin_diode.html
using Newton solver (without any change).
There is an error:
MK-PC(process 0): The program terminated due to an error: The simulated result is incomplete. Please review the log files for details.
MK-PC(process 0): Error: there was an unknown parallel error. The error code is 9002, the process number is 0
May you help me?

Hi. The high field mobility model has been used for GaAs in this example. This model requires the calculation of the electric field component in the direction of the current flow at each node. Calculating this value at each node requires some complex calculations and interpolations internally and can sometimes lead to convergence failure. An easy way to fix this problem is to enable “gradient mixing” from the “Advanced” tab of the CHARGE solver. Set gradient mixing to “fast” and the simulation should run without any issues.
